learned a lot about chocolate and where it comes from
and how it is made and the equipment needed in
producing this product.
Recommendations: If I went again I would take a look
at all their products they have for sale and on display
and look around their cafe. The tour could of been
better if we could have stayed a little longer and got
showed how to make other chocolates. Some follow up
activities that the class could do is a poster on the trip
to the factory and show all the information we collected
on the trip.
