    PQR Analysis:

    Goods that are in danger of obsolescence or perishing can be classified


    according to the PQR method. Here, inventory is classified according to the
    shelf-life of the goods. The three classifications are as follows:

    Long Shelf-life
    Medium Shelf-life
    Short Shelf-life

    Scheduling is maintained according to the shelf-lives.
