Should state government take over failing schools

We beleave that state government should take over failing schools. There had been
some states where there were many failing school and the state had no other option
but to take over the school. School takeovers have been an idea for a while but it has
become a big issue because many state need solutions for their failing schools. If a
school is failing someone needs to supply support and help the school and the state
has provided the solution.
If govener deal is correct here we can have a new way were each school will
best a great school.
