    COMPLAINT

    Comes Now, the Defendant Stacy Aberle (the "Aberle") by and through her

    undersigned counsel hereby files this Complaint against Defendant Kimberly Guler
    ("Curler"), Richard Burgess ("Burgess"), James Twitty ("Twitty") and John Doe ("Doe")

    and as grounds states as follows:

    JURISDICTION AND VENUE

    1.

    The Court has subject matter jurisdiction over this action because it is an

    action for damages exceeding $15,000.00 exclusive of costs an attorney's

    fees.

    2.

    Venue is proper in Palm Beach Country pursuant to Florida Statute Section


    47.011 because Palm Beach County is where the action occurred.
