Asa cum se poate observa in tabel, au existat dierente mici, chiar deloc, intre
perormantele la interviuri intre diferitele subgrupuri.
O concluzie din prezenta analiza este ca interviurile structurate au ceva mai multe
avantaje in comparative cu testele cognitive traditionale.
Observatie: Interviurile situationale sau experimentale pot fi mai mult sau mai putin
valide,in functie de aplicantii la job.
