besides that all my family is vegan so that was easier to make my decision.
When I was a child I didnt like to eat lettuce and carrots, but one day my
aunt dressed the salad so well that I loved it. Since that day I eat lettuce all
the time. Nowadays I eat all type of greens: broccoli, cucumbers, cabbage,
spinach
However our culture is still not prepared for vegan people, and when I am at
a normal restaurant with my friends, I have to ask a plate of rice without
meat and with lots of vegetables.
When I was younger I loved hamburgers, but today I look at it and I imagine
a poor innocent animal being killed.
Being vegan was a great step to become healthier, I dont need animal
protein to feel satisfied.
