Future Career choice

- In the future I aspire to be a physician
- To be specific, an emergency physician
- An emergency physician works as part of a
team
- Specialize in stabilizing patients in critical
conditions

Skills needed for this Career

- The skills needed to become a doctor a
pretty universal, as far as doctors go
- Doctors must have a keen eye to detail
- As well as the ability to function under
pressure
- Finally, vast biological and medical
knowledge

Learning
- The brain develops different ways to learn
- Based on experiences you develop a style of
learning
- There are approximately 100 billion neurons
in your brain each responsible for triggering
information we have stored in our brain.
- Learning and perception go hand in hand

My learning
- My past experiences have lead me to
believe, with strong evidence that I am
what scientists call, a Tactile learner
- This means I prefer working with my hands
and being able to control my learning
environment

What is the best school for me

- There are 6 different schools in UCSD

John Muir College
Thurgood Marshall College
Earl Marren College
Eleanor Roosevelt College
Sixth College

- It has an average SAT score of 650 each

- Must maintain a C through the year

Type of class
- It has a class size of 19:1
- The learning system is unlike the learning
system at High Tech High
- That being said not every class is the same
- Some classes keep you very involved and
some do not

Majors
- The major I will most likely choose is a
biology major

I believe this will be the best choice because of my

intended career
It will help me learn the material in medical school
Last but not least it is essential for my GED
