The most common method used to compress a file is use a program such as WinRAR or 7Zip to compress (zip) it. These are also the most popular programs used to compress files.

2. What are the advantages of using online software packages?


A) They are usually simple.
B) They are usually very helpful
C) They usually provide tips, help and instructions to help users.

2. How does an automatic backup work?

An automatic backup is when certain files get routinely backed up. The settings can be set so files are
backed up daily or weekly. The user has the option to choose whether files are backed up or not, and they
can choose how many files and what files are backed up.
Instead of manually backing up a device, it can be set to routinely back up itself and it saves the user time.

Collaborative working:
Collaborative working is a situation in which two or more people work together.

Sharing documents:
Sharing documents is when people upload documents online for others to read.

Automatic back-up:
An automatic backup is when certain files get routinely backed up.

Version Control:
Version control is the management of changes to documents, computer programs, large
web sites, and other collections of information.

Locked:
When something is locked, it cannot be got into.

File Permissions:
File permissions are permissions which are for specific files. They can be read-only, readwrite or full control.
