To Whom It May Concern:
My name is Brittney Rowe and I am interested in applying for your Behavioral Skills Therapist position.
Not only have I spent the past four years working with children who have disabilities, but I have also
spent my whole life growing up alongside a sister with disabilities as well. This makes such a position
very intriguing to me because I have a passion for doing whatever possible to better the lives of children
living with disabilities. I believe that I have both the knowledge and experience to help not only the
patients, but Trumpet Behavioral Health as a company as well.
I have many qualities that would make me a great asset to the Trumpet Behavioral Health team. A few
reasons as to why are as follows

Education
Experience implementing programs
Experience documenting growth/progress

I have received a Bachelor's Degree from Arizona State University in Child Psychology. For years I
have focused my studies on children- children with disabilities in particular. I have worked first hand
with children and their families. I have been given the responsibilities of implementing programs into
their lives, and documenting their progress as we develop through different programs. I have had to
carefully observe how little changes affect one's behaviors, giving me a particular edge in noticing any
types of differences in people's actions- whether positive or negative. I have been given the opportunity
to get to know many children on an intimate level, giving me insight knowledge on their behaviors,
thoughts, and emotions. This knowledge is universal and can be used from client to client. Although
each person may be different, I have perfected unique tactics to handle many different types of clients in
various situations.
Not only do I have the skills necessary to work with patients, but I also have acquired skills that have
transformed me into an outstanding team player. Throughout my life I have been a part of various
teams- whether it be an academic team, a sports team, or a work team. I have encountered numerous
people, some of which could be considered hard to work with and I have adapted the approach I take
in dealing with certain individuals. Regardless of who has makes up the team I am involved with, I have
found ways to accomplish an exceptional end result in every situation.
