FOR VALUE RECEIVED, I promise to pay to the order of AB the principal

amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos (P50,000), payable in 2 divided instalments
beginning on August of the same year and lastly on October of the same year, with
monthly interests of Two (2) percent of the principal amount.
