ALIMENTATIA COPIILOR SCOLARI

Nevoile energetice ale copiilor scolari sunt de 60-70 calorii Kg/corp/zi.


Aceasta inseamna ca eu trebuie sa consum calorii/zi.
Cand mancam?
Multe boli provin din nerespectarea unui orar regulat pentru masa. Deci, ideal este sa mancam la ore
regulate.
Alimentatia va fi repartizara in 4-5 mese pe zi:
Foarte importanta este masa de dimineata care ar trebui sa fie cea mai consistenta.
Ce mancam la micul dejun?
