acceptance of the bill.

California.

Main harms

Harm 1

This law would

require a lot of
economic
support to
remain in a
steady function.

Harm 2

The law would

consider to be
wasteful and
unnecessary
because of how
costly it can
cause.

First Harm

The continuation of
offering healthcare for
every employee in
California would hurt the
already worsen
economy.

The ability to offer health care to every

employee can possibly result to an
economic problem. This might affect the
continuation of steady economic support
from the state and will result in terminating
this valued offer.

Second Harm

In the long run, this law

could end up being a
waste of money because
of how economically
troubling it can be.

In a report from the Institute of

Medicine Health billions of dollars
would be wasted in a law like this, it is
said to be unnecessary harmful in the
long-term.

The Causes

This type of problem we're

dealing with is the Attitudinal
Inherency.

Healthcare runs on economic

support and if not enough
money can be put into, this law
would quickly deter.
The officials can only regulate
this law and have the decision
to terminate it or not.

The Plan of Action

A. The State of California
B. Mandates:
1. A bill would be passed to President Obama.
2. All employees would have an option for health care.
3. The fee of it should be reasonable.
4. Clinics and hospitals must accept and treat patients with proper care.

Enforcement: No enforcement because it is formally offered to

the individuals.
1. Any means of abuse of this offer will lead to expulsion and fines.
First Offense: $1500
Second Offense:$3000
Third Offense: Jail time
Funding will come from taxes. A portion of the tax goes to
supplying the necessary service of the healthcare provided.
For example, the treatments, check-ups, prescription of
medicine, etc.
E. Timeline: Immediately
Immediate action would take place once bill has been signed.

The Solvency
Harm 1: The employees will be
more healthy and are able to be
treated for any kind of problem.

Well treated employees would create a feeling of being

insured.
Being insured will provide the medical help.
Healthy employees will continue to be known that
working is better now with Healthcare.

Harm 2: Everyone should properly

receive the healthcare compatible
with their current socioeconomic
standards. There would not be a
tier system of who would have
better coverage.

Prices will be negotiable no matter what their economic

situation is.
The Healthcare will provide proper treatment no matter of
the socioeconomic class.
No tier system would be no discrimination towards what
Healthcare employees would receive.

Besides the harms, this plan have

beneficial advantages.

Employees have the benefit of being

insured
Reasonable prices to ensure that they
will be provided with the best
Healthcare for them.
It is 100% to benefit working citizens
in the workforce feel that they are
insured.

Passing this law for Healthcare being offered to

employees will certainly be appreciative and
beneficial.

As stated, this is all to benefit the working citizens in California and

provide them with excellent healthcare to ensure that they are being
protected.
