Before you can check error codes the

TV must meet these 2 requirements:

TV is in shutdown. Meaning TV has recently

turned itself off due to an internal failure

TV has not been restarted since the

shutdown. Either by reset, AC cycle or
Power button

INSTRUCTIONS to Access Error Code:

Locate the control panel buttons near the
bottom center of the TV.
PRESS AND HOLD: ACTIVITY
and CH DOWN buttons for 5 seconds.

Count the 2-DIGIT number.

1st digit will blink X number of times and then

pause 0.5 seconds before the 2nd digit starts
Count the number of blinks to obtain the 2nd
digit. It will pause 0.5 seconds before
repeating the 1st digit
The sequence will cycle 5 times.

Reference the error code list and determine

the most likely solution. Report the error code
to service technician and MDEA in warranty
claim or consumer relations department
