Subject: Complaint against Improper connection

Dear Sir ,
It is submitted that the telephone connections provided to the
customers of Muhallah Rahmoonwali near Sports ground Gate are very
improperly managed by Mr Khadim Hussain Chachar , line man of PTCL at
the area. The Telephone lines are overlapping the electric wires and there
has always been chance of short circuit to Telephone lines that may cause
serious life threat to the telephone customers and the passers by the street
as well as if the lines are intercepted with any high vehicle passing through
the road or adjoining street a pull to wires may cause the damage of my
house wall.
It is therefore informed to you that kindly take action
against the improper management of wires and Mr. Khadim Hussain Chachar
line man who has been cautioned verbaly by the undersigned many times
but of no use. Hence you are requested that kindly look into matter seriously.
