RE: The Impact of Copyright and Fair Use on Education
Modified: 3/2/2015 10:42 AM
Copyright and Fair Use is widely dealt with in the education field. Many items
we use in the classrooms are copyright items to use for the purpose of
teaching our students. It is never a good idea to take credit of an item that
was produced from another author. It seems tempting to get ideas from
others and use them to your benefit, but always give them the correct
acknowledgement they deserve for their work.
Fair use is a little trickier, but can be used as a guide to follow for educational
purposes. Using someone elses works like making copies or reproducing
someone elses work to teach your students, should be for the learning
process only and not to recreate and sell.

students in the classroom and none more I don't see how there would be a problem since you are
using it for educational purposes.
