AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, Alfredo Lim, legal age, single, resident of Cupang, Muntinlupa City,

after having sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state THAT:

1.

I am working as a Security Guard in Evil World Condominium at

Alabang, Muntinlupa City;

2.

I am assigned in the condominiums control room located at the

security office at the ground level.

3.

That my job is to monitor the Closed-Circuit Television security

system (CCTV) installed within the whole premises of the Evil World
Condominium, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
4.

That my shifting schedule for work begins at 6pm-6am Mondays to

Saturdays.
5.

That during October 15 to October 30, I did not hear nor saw any

ILLEGAL OR SUSPICIOUS ACTS in the units, rooms and rooftop of the said
condominium personally.
6.

However, that upon inspecting and reviewing the videotapes

recorded by the CCTV system, records will show that around 1am of October
15, 2014 one lady with long hair, clearly and positively identified as Rapunzel
was tampering with the doorknob of unit 3701, with the intention to gain
access.

That there are numerous instances as seen in the records showing

the lady with long hair has freedom to go in and out of the said unit.
8.

That under Evil World condominium rules and protocols, a

resident is entitled to a hard copy of the CCTV footage such system has
recorded should there be any anomalous, illegal or suspicious acts whatsoever
concerning such resident.
9.

That I furnished one DVD copy in favor of Wicked Witch CCTV

footage recordings dated from October 14, 2014 to November 1 of 2014.

I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts.
