Leadership
Institute

assesses
additional

evaluate
and
inform
the
programs
effectiveness.

course

the
conclusion

the

CPSEL
courses
using

locally
developed
survey
tool.
It
assesses
instructor
preparation
and
knowledge,
applicability
of
course
content,
and
resources
and
support.
Tier
II
candidates
complete
a
locally
developed
online
workshop
feedback
form
at
the
conclusion
of
each
workshop
they
attend.
It
assesses
presenter
knowledge
and
effectiveness
and
course
content
as
well
as
the
application
of
the
workshop
content
to
the
applied
practicum.
Tier
II
candidates
and
coaches
complete
a
locally
developed
online
form
that
asks
them
to
reflect
on
the
support
given
and
received
and
the
quality
of
the
candidate-coach
relationship
specific
to
each
course.
Tier
II
candidates
complete
a
locally
developed
form

requests
feedback
about
program
quality

the
areas
