Online access to the OPAC
systems not only helps
accommodated the needs of
students but all diverse

The Pathfinder was created

along with other classmates
as a Reference Source Guide
for students and teachers to
access a detailed social
studies project. This
electronic resource can take
students beyond the
classroom and into another
country or time in history in a
matter of seconds using
integrated technology along
with literature. The resource
is aligned with the CCGPS
standards and teachers and
students use the sources as
needed, from video clips to
online webpages. Everything
included in the Pathfinder is
curriculum based and aligned
to the necessary standards for
a particular grade level.

Principal PowerPoint
This presentation helped me gain
information by researching how
successful the library program is in
the school and how the work
implemented helps to improve the
student achievement gap by
showing the principal in a
PowerPoint the results of how
successful the library is to student
learning and the how proactive the
library is for the school. This was
a very informative professional
development activity.

very informative and required an
actual survey/needs assessment
survey to complete the activity.
While interviewing the SLM was
part of the process the process
involved, a parent, an
administrator, a teacher, and a
student in the school. The
interaction was very important
when determining the findings and
