We are presently conducting a research entitled Barnacle (Cirripedia) Shells as a Component in
Making Hollow Blocks in partial requirement for our Research 2 class for S.Y. 2014-2015. This
study aims to know if there is a significant difference between the commercial hollow blocks and
the hollow blocks which has Barnacle shell components in terms of compressive strength.
Along this line, we would like to ask your assistance by allowing us to use your testing machine
in order for us to find out the compressive strength of our product.
