The Petitioner and Respondents on the above entitled
case, through their respective counsels, respectfully move
that the instant case be dismissed on the following grounds:
1.
That both the Petitioner and Respondents entered
into an agreement before the Philippine Mediation Center,
for settlement representing full settlement of all claims;
2.
That the claim or demand set forth on the above
has been paid or released;
3.
That after a thorough examination on the above,
Petitioner is now withdrawing the Petition and waives all
cause of action against the Respondents arising from the
incident treated in my Petition and hereby has executed a
Receipt and Release of All Rights to this effect.
4.
Copy of the Receipt, Release, and Quitclaim is
attached as Annex A hereof.
PRAYER
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, the undersigned
pray that the complaint be dismissed with prejudice.

likewise prayed for.
