Domnul este partea mea de motenire

mi ndreapt sorul nspre-o frumoas moie

Binecuvintez pe Domnul care m sftuiete
Cci pn i noaptea mi d ndemnuri inima

Necurmat am pe Domnul naintea ochilor mei,

Cnd este El la dreapta mea, nu m voi cltina
De-aceea inima-mi se va bucura...

Vesel mi este sufletul

Mi se odihnete trupul...

The LORD is the portion of mine inheritance and of my cup: thou maintainest my lot.

The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places; yea, I have a goodly heritage.

I will bless the LORD, who hath given me counsel: my reins also instruct me in the night seasons.

I have set the LORD always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.

Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth: my flesh also shall rest in hope.

For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.

Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

Domnul este partea mea de motenire i paharul meu, Tu mi ndrepi
sorul meu.

O motenire plcut mi -a czut la sor, o frumoas moie mi -a fost dat.

Eu binecuvintez pe Domnul, care m sftuiete, cci pn i noaptea mi
d ndemnuri inima.

Am necurmat pe Domnul naintea ochilor mei: cnd este El la dreapta
mea, nu m clatin.

De aceea inima mi se bucur, sufletul mi se veselete, i trupul mi se
odihnete n linite.

Cci nu vei lsa sufletul meu n locuina morilor, nu vei ngdui ca prea
iubitul Tu s vad putrezirea.
11 mi vei arta crarea vieii; naintea Feei Tale snt bucurii nespuse, i
desftri vecinice n dreapta Ta.
