Job Purpose
The Recruitment & Development specialist conducts utilizing Trilingual skills (French,
English and Arabic) all aspect of recruitment from sourcing to offering and will
continue follow up with employees to help maintain productivity and developed
employees. The R&D specialist will also handle and coordinate tasks between the
organization and HR department or amongst various departments as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities

Work in a team to conduct phone screening and scheduling for potential


candidates.
o Call potential candidates in a professional and friendly manner to
perform initial phone screening to establish if they meet minimum
qualifications.
o Schedule and plan interviews for the following days in a professional,
strategic and time efficient manner for successful candidates.
Source and recruit candidates using trilingual skills (French, English and
Arabic) as needed to maintain and develop operations and productivity.
o Source candidates from various mediums (Recruitment agencies, Job
Fairs, Internal referrals and other sources).
o Evaluate, document and Report the efficiency and effectiveness of
each source used for future development and better utilization of
resources.
o Interview candidates in the most timely, efficient and unbiased way
upholding the organization's reputation as well as the candidates
integrity, while acquiring the needed information to determine the
most appropriate allocation for candidates in case of success.
o Finalize Job Offering and Orient newly successful candidates on all
policies and procedures related to Human Resources and Safety before
moving on to the training aspect of their hiring.
Work with your peers with all departments to:
o Develop productivity and constantly create new innovative ideas to
render all policies and procedures related to HR more efficient and
effective.
o Increase employee morale, Retention and overall job satisfaction as
well as the organization's overall reputation.
o Lower turnover by conducting analysis, investigations, Exit interviews
as well as other necessary means to determine any situation of unfair
treatment either to a supervisor or an employee.

Resolve all matters of unfair treatment in a professional manner while


laying groundwork and planning to ensure its prevention in the future.

Qualifications
Education:

The successful candidate must be currently enrolled or completed a business


degree and have the ability to speak three languages fluently. French, English
& Arabic

extended hours with compensation may be requested.
Stress management; Must be able to deliver multiple tasks on the same
deadline while achieving high results on each
