It is a rare privilege to be asked to write a letter of recommendation for Nikki Crandall. As a
school superintendent, I am surrounded by community members and student leaders every day.
Among the thousands of individuals I interact with each week, Nikki distinguishes herself as one
of those rare standouts that we all hope to have the honor of interacting with. She is intelligent,
motivated, and possesses that rare spark that draws people to her.

Nikki has also worked with me in my local business. She has coached children and taught adults.
She constantly earns the respect of her peers and anyone who gets to work with her. Her
interpersonal skills are as good as I have seen. Just as importantly, no one who interacts with
her ever has to question her intentions or her honesty. She has integrity, reliability, and charm.

In short, Nikki Crandall is capable, driven, and likeable. You would truly be missing out on a great
