Issuance of letter of warning to the Branch Manager of Satkhira Branch for allowing EOL in
SOD (BB) account fvg client M/s. Star Enterprise, Prop. M.A.K. Helal Uddin.

Dear Sir,
In reference to the letter No.QMH/SAT/ADV_CC265/2014/1586 dated. 09.11.2014 of Satkhira Branch and
Regional Office, Khulna, vide letter No. ROK/MAK/AAM/SATKHIRA/2014/759 dated 11.11.2014 for considering a
proposal for renewal of three facilities i.e. renewal of CC(H) limit of Tk.15.00 lac, SOD(BB) limit of Tk.15.00 lac
and BG(PG) Limit of Tk.15.00 lac.
While scrutiny the proposal, it was found that the Branch has allowed EOL of Tk.6.75 lac on 13.11.2014 and
Tk.16.69 lac on 18.11.2014 over the SOD(BB) limit of Tk.15.00 lac for issuing 31 numbers of pay-order to
participate in E-Tender through our E-GP system without Head Office permission.
As per Credit Committee decision in its by circulation meeting held on 05.01.2015, we were instructed to
request you for issuing a letter of warning to the Branch Manager, Satkhira Branch regarding allowing of EOL
without prior approval of Head Office.
Therefore, we would request you to issue a warning letter as stated above.
