Question 2 Documentation
TBLToys

To create the tblToys, 1st need to create the table using table design and key in the
information in the field name. The information that need to be entered is stock number,
description, inventory, cost, selling price and Vendor ID. The data type for stock number,
description and vendor ID is short text, for inventory is number and for cost and selling price
is currency. After adding all the data, run button is clicked and the table above is created.

TblVendor

To create the table tblVendor, the same way which is used in the table tbltoys is used here.
1st, click table design and and fill in the information in the field name which is Vendor ID,
vendor name, vendor address, city, state, zip, phone number, fax number and finally is sales
rep. The data type of all the information is short text.

Query 1

For query 1, the tbltoys is added into the query 1. After that, the field is added into the table
below. The fields added is stock number, description, inventory and selling price. Then the
run button is clicked and the table above is created.

Query 2

For the query 2, query design is clicked and the tbltoys is added into the query. The field in
this query added are the stock number, description, cost and vendor ID. After clicking the run
button the table above is created.

Query 3

As for the query 3, query design is clicked and tblvendor and tbltoys are added into the query.
The added field below are the stock number and the description. The criteria for the
description is (Like "*Block*"). Run button is clicked and the query above is created.
