Learning Management System Associate Director
Performed managerial role supporting the Learning Management System (GeorgiaVIEW) for
the public universities and colleges within the state of Georgia. The service is utilized by more
than 300,000 users.
Led the migration from Blackboard Vista to the D2L platform for the University System of
Georgia
Supervised staff including functional and system analyst for Integrations & Development
In conjunction with the Director, managed the day-to-day operational responsibilities of the
GeorgiaVIEW Service including support, communication, training, and vendor partner relations.
Developed and managed an iterative strategic roadmap to meet the current and future needs of
the GeorgiaVIEW Service.
Managed continuous improvement endeavors related to operational success with a customer
service focus.
Served as primary liaison to partner vendors and partner institutions for GeorgiaVIEW
including D2L, Kaltura, TurnItIn, and Collaborate
Initiated and managed multiple contracts and SLAs with vendor partners and USG institutions.

purchase orders, staffing, and projects as appropriate.
