Copyright

 Copyright means that any photographer can do what

they want to their photos without permission from
anyone. Although if they are employed then all photo
taken the rights go to the employer, but this is different
if you were working as a freelancer then you still own
the copyright. Copyright lasts for the life time of the
photographer, plus seventy years after the death of the
photographer. If you took photographs of work that is
already copyrighted that you need to have permission
to be able to use the photograph you have taken.

Adaptation, Appropriation,
collage
Photographers can get a license
on another persons art to make
an adaption's on the work. It is
illegal to use another
photographers images and to
manipulate the work or even take
parts of it to use for a collage
purposes. It is unlikely that the
law would be broken until a
collage gets copied in a way like
photo copying it for example. A
digital collage infringes copyright
unless permission to use the
images has been obtained in
advance.

Fair Dealing
This is where the whole photo or a part of the photograph is used
by someone else and if you are happy about it. Are you willing for
them to use a significant part or a minor part of the
photograph.Copyright has its basis in the law but much also
depends on established professionalpracticeand
onnegatingskills. In other words, to successfully control copyright,
the photographers must first know what those rights are and then
be able to deal in them.

Licenses as opposed to
assigning copyright
A license is where you get permission to use
copyrighted photography. They get to reproduce
the photographs a limited amount of times. You
have to say where and how to photographers
were reproduced.

Assigning Copyright
If a photographer does this they lose all control
of what happens to the photos like stopping the
photographs get reproduced. They lose control
on the meaning and use of the photographs.
most photographers would agree that it is far
better in the long term, and wherever possible
to give the client a limited license rather than a
full assignment or buy out.

License Terms
Term - How long you get the license.
Media - Wherethe photograph would
be reproduced.

Quantity - How many photos would

there be.

Size - How large or small you want

the photographs to be.

Type of Use - Is it for something like

charity or advertising.

Territory - Where would be shown

/taken. For example Europe, Asia.

Edition you have to pay if you want

to create different editions of a book.

Sexing

facts
Teenage girls have three main reasons for why they do sexting: 40% do
it for a laugh, 34% do it to feel sexy, and 12% feel pressured that they
have to send them.

17% of sexters share the messages they receive with others which
could be friends or the internet. Then there is 55% of those share these
iamges with more than one person.

Nearly 70% of teen girls and boys who sext do so with their partner,
61% of all sexters who have sent images admit that they were
pressured to send images once.

Nearly 40% of all teenagers have sent or even posted sexually

suggestive messages, but this is more common among boys than girls.

Sending nude or semi-nude photos is more common from teens girls.

22% of teen girls report sending images of this nature, while only 18%
of same-age boys have.

Why?
Magazines edit their models to make them look the the perfect person for everyone
to see.

Nothing can be wrong. Every part of the body has to be perfect

Everyone who look at these magazines normally want to look like these fake models.
This is now the modern day image everyone wants to look like.
There are two types of people. There are the ones who strive to look exactly like them
and will do anything to be like the people in the magazines and then there are the
people who are happy with their own bodies and are completely against these
images.

Due to everything being digital now, everyday people are able to edit their own
photos to make them look perfect.

There are places that teach how to see if something is fake now because it is so
common in picture

This all happens more commonly with female than males.
