Wanted for First Degree Murder out of Denver

On Monday, March 18, 1996, the body of Sherri Lynn Majors was found in a downtown
Denver alley near 23rd and Blake Streets. The victim Sherri Lynn Majors was beaten to
death. As part of the follow-up investigation, it was discovered that prior to her death,
Sherri Lynn Majors was involved in an argument with her boyfriend at a Commerce City
bar. After the verbal altercation, Sherri Lynn Majors left the bar in the company of
Chester Leroy Todd (pictured below). Once detectives were able to develop Chester
Leroy Todd as the primary suspect in this murder, his vehicle was subsequently located
abandoned at a Sioux City, Iowa truck stop. Currently, a warrant for Chester Leroy
Todd’s arrest has been issued for Investigation of First Degree Murder. Anyone having
additional information on this case or knowledge of the current whereabouts of Chester
Leroy Todd is asked to call Crime Stoppers at the above listed number.
