Please choose which of the following you are wanting to do. We have a section for the
deposit after your puppy has been chosen and a section for a puppy that has not been born
yet.
Agreement Form
Thank you for deciding to purchase one of our puppies. We want to make this a stress
free enjoyable experience for you. Please feel free to email or call me with any questions
or concerns that you may have along the way. We will keep you up to date with
information about your puppy as it grows until it is time for your puppy to go to its new
home.
By putting a deposit on a puppy, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions within this
contract.
If a deposit agreement is not filled out and signed the puppy will not be allowed to be
picked up. Choice of puppy is determined on a first come (deposit received) first to
choose basis.
Rouse's Shetland Sheepdogs has agreed to sell and the below named Buyer:

All puppies will be sold as Limited AKC Registering unless otherwise agreed upon in
writing.. Puppies will not come with papers until proof of spaying or neuter has been

Part of the Purchase Price will be paid immediately with this Agreement as a Deposit to
guarantee that Rouse's Shetland Sheepdogs will hold the Puppy for pick up to the Buyer:
__________________ on the below specified pick up Date. We can keep the dog here for
ten days free of charge after the puppy is ready to go to its new home. The dog must be
paid for in full by the end of 10 days or the dog will become available for sale. There is a
$25 boarding fee per night starting on the eleventh day (NO EXCEPTIONS). If the buyer
refuses to pick up thirty days after purchase the dog will be offered for sale.
The Balance Due ($______), after crediting the Deposit ($________), will be paid in

Cash, PayPal, Or Money Order. NO PERSONAL CHECKS.

DEPOSIT (Nonrefundable) in the amount of $200 (for puppies born already) is required
to hold this Puppy for the Buyer until date of pick up. The $200 deposit is a promise or
"good faith" commitment to complete the sale. It is considered a re-stock fee if the buyer
decides not to complete the sale.
This deposit is non-refundable, if there is a problem with the genetic health of your
puppy. In that case, the buyer will have their choice of transferring that deposit toward
another puppy if another litter is available or going to be available. A refund is only
giving if we do not have any up coming litters and no other puppy to replace with.
There are no refunds on Deposits. Failure of the Buyer: _________________ to complete
this purchase would subject Rouse's Shetland Sheepdogs to lost opportunities to sell the
Puppy to some other Buyers and retention of the Deposit is meant to compensate Rouse's
Shetland Sheepdogs for his possible loss. This deposit signifies the intent on the part of
the Buyer: _________________ to follow through with the Purchase of this
Puppy.___________________
The Seller reserves the right to void this transaction With No Refund if we learn of any
reason why Buyer might not be suitable for the puppy (i.e. Buyer is found to be an animal
abuser, violent person).
If through some tragic accident the Puppy were to die or otherwise be seriously injured
before it goes to its new home then, the deposit will apply to another Puppy, if one is
available, or to a puppy from the next available litter There will be no Refunds available
if another litter is coming, only time refund will be giving is if there is no other litters
coming.
The seller does not guarantee size, coat, color,and un-descended testicle.

The breeder does not guarantee fertility or ability to place in shows. The puppy is strictly
sold as a Pet.
If you are purchasing your puppy prior to birth there will be a $50 fee that is
nonrefundable unless under the terms that have been outlines. This fee will come off the
purchase price of the puppy. If we do not have what you are looking for once puppies are
born it will be moved to another litter if one is due, if no other litters are due then we will
refund your $50. Please fill out the section and intials as do what color, sex, and size of
puppy that you are wanting.

Your Deposit is paid and your Puppy is reserved for you. We will not reserve a Puppy
until the payment and this Agreement is received and cannot guarantee that a Puppy will
be available at that time, without contacting me first.
This Puppy will be available for the Buyer: ________________ to pick up personally at
Rouse's Shetland Sheepdogs on __________________. This date is based on our
estimation of when the puppy will be naturally weaned and ready to leave its Mom.
Typically our puppies stay with their Moms at an absolute minimum of 6 to 7 weeks of
age.
If You Change Your Mind About Puppy before or after Purchase-If you decide at any
time before full purchase has been made; in other words, you decide against getting the
puppy for whatever reason, you will lose your entire deposit.
NO PUPPY WILL BE RELEASED WITHOUT A SIGNED CONTRACT!!!! NO
EXCEPTIONS!
In the event of any legal actions arising from or in connection with this guarantee, then
we will be paid reasonable attorney fees by the Buyer. Jurisdiction and/ or venue or any
litigation arising out of related to this contract shall lie exclusively in the county and state
in which we operates our breeding business (Benton County) at the time of purchase.

This contract contains the entire agreement between the parties and no statement or
verbal agreements made by either party that are not contained in this written contract
shall be valid or binding. This contract may not be modified or altered except in writing
and signed by both parties. Violations of this contract will constitute BREACH OF
CONTRACT.
