1) Explain the importance of strategic HRM in the
organization?
Human resource management:
Focuses on:
1- Recruitment.
2- Managing.
3- Directing.
People who work in the organization.
Responsible and dealing with:
1- Compensation.
2- Hiring.
3- Performance management.
4- Organization development.
5- Safety, wellness, benefits and employee motivation.
6- Communication, administration, and training.

Furthermore
Human resources are the valuable assets of the corporate
bodies. They are their strength. To face the new challenges on
the fronts of knowledge, technology and changing trends.
Significance of HRM can be seen in three contexts:
organisational, social and professional.

Organisation Significance: HRM is of vital importance to the


individual organisation as a means for achieving their
objectives.
Social Significance: Social significance of HRM lies in the
need satisfaction of employees in the organisation.
Professional Significance: Professional significance of HRM
lies in developing people and providing healthy environment for
effective utilisation of their capabilities.

Asses the purpose of SHRM activities in
the organization?
SHRM is an integral part of organization policy, the main
purpose of which is to translate objectives into practical
actions.
This needs satisfying the needs of the employee who will
be committed to the organization objectives.
Thus SHRM can be considered as the main tool for making
sure employees commitment aligned with organization
policy.

Evaluate the contribution of SHRM to the
achievement of an organizations objectives?
SHRM contributes to the organization by securing one of
the most vital tools of success:
- A well selected highly trained and motivated
employees, it leads the strategic interaction which
support the future plans of the organization.
- Its the strategic advisor of the organization because it
contains knowledge.
- Using tactical regulations of organization status
between competitors.
It also can be strategic strength for the organization.
