Presentation about me

Tell me about yourself

My name is Hilaire Juague. I am a student from Gabon, a country in

Africa, who study at the Community College of Baltimore County, in the
state of Maryland (USA) turning towards graduation this semester. My major
is Physical Therapist.

Back home, I worked where I was on three different major national

healthcare brands. Id love the chance to dig in much deeper with one
specific healthcare company, Clinic Zambou; that`s why I will be so excited
to join Health Care after my graduation. Regards my family, my father is s
Ntountoum, my mother is homemaker, I have one elder Brother he
graduated last year as a pharmacist.

What are your strengths?

My strength is my attention to detail and self confidence. I pride myself on my reputation for following through
and meeting deadlines.

When I commit to doing something, I make sure it gets it done, and on time. That is why I enjoy doing things
ahead of time.

What are your weaknesses?

My weakness is sentiments, and I'm not feel comfortable until I finish the
work. I get angry and unsatisfied when my work is not finished but it happened
with me very rare. I also trust easily. In the same way, I sometimes get a little
restless when things aren't going exactly how I planned. Because of this I find it
hard to concentrate on other tasks that I am assigned with.

In addition, I am always complete thing in time and I don't resist helping

other people who needs my help. I do not know to say no to help especially to the
poor and elders if it happens then I will spend the whole day regretting it.

Where do you see yourself in five years?

In five years, I see myself taking new and exciting challenges in an enjoyable environment and

hopefully this will be in health care. Even though it's difficult to predict the future, but surely I would
like to see myself as a physical therapist in a reputed position in a prestigious health care company as
a hard working and responsible successful employee, regardless of the position I'm holding at that
time.

In sum, after five years I would like to see myself in a position where I am maintaining success in
my life and in responsible position where I`m leading the company in profits.

If you could choose one superhero power, what would it be and

If I could choose one superhero power, it would be corruption because
why?
Corruption is the major problem in many countries. It destroys the success of the
country . It takes place in government sectors and in private sectors. In countries
where corruption is taking place, You cannot complete any of your work without
giving money. You can experience it well in government offices. If you give money
bribe, money for corruption, your work is done at the right time. Otherwise it is
impossible.
When

there is an upcoming election, ministers spend money for canvas

purpose. It is nothing but they buy the vote from people. Corruption is something
that we should avoid in order for the country to become a developed nation. In
the same order, it is necessary to educate younger generation avoid corruption is
good their future.

What would you do if you won the

If I won the lottery, it would be so great to win such a
lottery?
hefty prize. To be honest surely I Will leave the any kind of job I
am doing now and reduce the number of my classes in order to
start my own business through using the knowledge and
experience earned to grow and be more successful in life.
In

fact, I choose to think positively and then take action on

those thoughts; be grateful for this day and make the most of
the gift I have been given. I set up my mind to think that I live
in a place and time where I can turn my dreams into realities
and can become a mega millionaire. If others have done it, why
not me?

What's the most important thing you learned

in school?
In school I learned to face challenges every day. I usually try to

handle some of those challenges easily, but sometime, others go out of

my control.

Therefore, I learned that I would never bother myself about

failures, because it gives me experiences to face next challenges.

Furthermore, those challenges give me strength and courage to

face even more challenges with vigor. They also help me in my
personality development through building up in me a strong character.

What is your long-range objective?

My long-range objective is to have a PhD. Degree and

become a true physical therapist with honest, loyalty,
innovative and responsibility in my career.

My other long-term goals are:

to get a reputed job after I graduate and do my best, be

the best employee in my group.

be recognized by everyone for my work, and become part

of the success of company I will be working for.

be expertized well in my area of specialization and utilize

my skills, experience and knowledge for the growth of
the company.

to play a role in the success of company using my

abilities and skills individually as well as in a team and
come at that position in which my seniors and colleague
proud on me.

to develop my career and to be some one in higher

position for the company success

Are you a team player? Give an example of a time you were able
to contribute to a team.

I am a team player. I worked with Onvass Company. I made a long term

commitment with that company. As s good team player, I work with Onvass
company as long as my presence was beneficial for the company as well as for me. I
got career growth, job satisfaction and a healthy environment; therefore, I did not
need job change.

I discovered how it is very important to work together as a team in order to achieve

a higher goal that no one on his own could have achieved individually.

Therefore, If any company recognizes my work and potential, I will be there as a

good team player, I will always as long as the company wants me; and will do my
best for the growth of that company for a long period of time.

If I were to ask your professors (or your boss) to describe

you, what would they say?

My professors would say that I am very attentive person, and that I

always pay close attention on what Im doing until I get it done.

. They would say I am the person who they could count on to

accomplish any goal if they want to get something done. They would
say that I always sought ways to apply the knowledge in real world.

In essence, I believe my professors would say these words because

they said them in my corrected homework, assignments and quizzes,
and those are their very words.

If you had to live your life over again,

what one thing would you change?

Looking back on my childhood, I realized that things are no longer the

same. Back then technology was not like these days. In the past, what I did in
my past can not be changed but the only opportunity I have is that that past
can be a teacher for my future life.

I learned from my failures in the past an that can help me in the

future.From now I can start to improve myself in regular basis for a better
future.

Give an example of a time you showed leadership and initiative.

AT Onvass company, I showed leadership and took initiatives to grow

the company. I worked as an executive director of my section. From my
section I created a small journal for the entire company. I built hotels for
that same company. These too of my creation shoot the company up to his
new level.

I was recognized by everyone for my work, and become part of the

success of the company. The main director of Onvass Company decided to
advance me to the next level because I was the best employee. From that
company, I earned the money that I have used to pay my tuition up to this
semester . Tuition that worth five thousand dollar per semester.

If you were an animal, which one would you

If I was an animal, It would want to be a horse. A horse has determination,
want to be?
perseverance, power, authority and grace.

Horses is confident in learning from positive experiences. Many

young horses become anxious when they are uncertain and therefore
more suspicious of new objects, sounds or new situations. An
experienced horse can be greatly helpful to instill confidence into an
uncertain young horse.

Horses learn through either watching another horse, training or

from its own experiences. Horses are quick learners and if they receive a
positive reward for a certain act, they often repeat that act. For instance,
if a horse bangs its front feet against the stable door and then gets a

Give an example of how you solved a problem in the past.

To

solve a problem, I usually start by brainstorming

ideas. I write down ideas as many as I can. I also look around

the problem and think about possible causes. Then, I look for
relationships among causes. This leads me to identify
symptoms of bigger problems.
After

I study these symptoms of bigger problems, the

main problem become more understandable, well simplified;

therefore, the real cause becomes readily apparent.

What have you done to develop or change in the last few years?
During

the past few years, I have tried to improve my skills and experience in

many ways. I have matured my individual experience and my experience of working

with others. In fact, my behavior with both colleagues and customers has contributed
a lot to my interpersonal skills.

I have also been able to see the bigger picture of my life improvement on how

my role relates to the overall goals of each organization where I am a member. Having
built up a broad range of experience, I am now much more productive in my role and
much better equipped to handle unusual or difficult situations.
In

terms of training, I have learned different new skills, including Microsoft

PowerPoint (at CCBC Catonsville campus). I am now, in the evening, taken CSIT 101 (at
CCBC Owings Mill Campus) and other evening course which will help to shape the way
I work and will give a formal structure to many of the skills I am developing on a
practical basis. I am also now a qualified First Aider, and CPR certified.
