Macros have to be enabled for the sheets to work.
Sheets are protected, but with a null password. You can always unprotect them. (The protection is just to avoid
unintended changes.)
The calendar is built up from an array formula found on the web
Remaining programming is done from "dummy" level skills.
Pages set for A4. You will need to do some serious reformatting for other sizes.
For the week numbers to work (on the Monthly sheet), you need to enable the add-in available in MS Office:
Tools-> Add-Ins. Now tick "Analysis Tookpack" and "Analysis Toolpack - VBA"
While printing the monthly calendar for an entire year, remember that you will need to start printing on page 2. Then
each half of a month will print out on a facing page.
The "DIY version" is for making new templates. (duh!) There is also a "Sunday first" version if that is your
preference.
