TERMS AND CONDITIONS

EFFECTIVE DATE
This price list supersedes all previous issues
and is effective on all orders placed from:
November 2014
These prices will also apply to all orders placed
prior to the effective date if such orders request
extended delivery dates.
DISCOUNTS
All prices are subject to trade and settlement
discounts ruling at that time.
PAYMENT
All goods remain the property of Krost Office
Products until fully paid for.
All accounts are strictly 30 days from date of
statement.
ORDERS
Whenever orders are placed verbally an order
number must be quoted and a written
confirmation must be submitted.
CODES
When ordering please specify the full product
code of both prefix (model designation) and
suffix (colour spec.) eg: 620BR.

TRANSPORT
For National delivery points the delivered prices apply.
The clients do have the choice of arranging their own
transport and the cost is for their account. In the latter
case goods so transported is the client's responsibility.
A delivery note signed by the transporter shall constitute
proof of delivery.
GOODS RETURNED
Prior arrangements for the collection or return of goods
must be made with our sales department. No returned
goods will be accepted without a Krost uplift form and a
customer's goods returned note. All returned goods will
be repaired or replaced in accordance with our warranty.
No credits will be issued for returned goods.
WARRANTY
All products are guaranteed for two years against
defective materials and faulty workmanship, fair wear
and tear, misuse and abuse excluded. The warranty
provides for the free replacement or repair of such
material and workmanship at the factory's discretion.
The factory does not undertake on-site repair but will
provide replacement parts to the dealer or accepted
goods returned to the factory for repair.
REVISION
We reserve the right to alter specifications and price
without notice.
