6. Derive state space model for the following:
(a.) For the 3-input, 1-output controller K(s): (AK, BK, CK, DK)

For the 1-input, 2-output plant G(s): (AG, BG, CG, DG)

use the following missile dynamics:

(b.) Using the state space models in (a.), connect the controller and plant
model together to form a closed loop state space model. The solution should
only contain matrices.
7. Consider the nonlinear dynamics for the ball-and-beam system presented in
class (also your project).

Compute the set of eigenvalues for the system using MATLAB.

Compute the set of associated right eigenvectors and left


eigenvectors for each eigenvalue using MATLAB.
