PERSONAL SUMMARY

As an educator, my role is to foster a growth mindset in my students and to help them
become independent thinkers and learners. Finding ways to engage students as active
participants in their learning is something I always strive for when teaching a lesson. I am
my students' mentor, advisor, role model and guide. My goal is to create lifelong learners
who know how to think and interpret the world around them.
