How can McDonald ensure quality control of food supply worldwide through supply
chain management?
Objective
McDonald is arguably one of the most successful businesses ever in the world, across
all sectors. As such, it is inevitable that McDonald has become a global business.
However, the expansion of the McDonald Empire is not without problems. In light of
the recent food scandal of McDonald in China, we decide to investigate how can
McDonald ensure quality control of food supply worldwide through supply chain
management? We would also analyze the food scandal in China, and provide solutions
on how McDonald could have avoided this incidence.
