GAMMILL IS A GREAT ATTORNEY AND HUMAN BEING

My name is Enrique Varona, and a while back I posted copy of a Complaint I
filed with the Florida Bar against Miami attorney Mr. Warren P. Gammill, P.A. I
have deleted the Complaint.

In the posting I made several statements

about Mr. Gammill such as him being a corrupt attorney and so forth I
Apologize

for making those statements, as they are not true.

Mr. Gammill

is amongst one of the most professional persons I have ever meet and dealt
with in my life. I posted those comments due to having been a defendant
in a case were the plaintiff an ex employer of mine was represented by Mr.
Gammill. It was a foolish way for me to channel my anger and frustration
which was wrongly directed at the Plaintiff counsel

who

did the best he

could to represent and win a case for his client.

I believe Mr. Gammill to be an excellent attorney, a true master in his craft,
one of the best I have ever dealt with.

I have learned from him many things

over the time we have been adversaries. I have gain a lot of respect and
admiration for him as an attorney and as a person, I can say the same of his
excellent staff of associate attorneys. All the attorneys that work with him
have always demonstrated impeccable ethics and courtesy towards me.
I also would like to say that I am writing this letter out of my own initiative
and that I have not been threaten, nor have I receive any letter from Mr.
Gammill asking me to withdraw the posting or to apologize. I am doing this
voluntarily

in honor of the truth and the facts.

As there is a redeeming

effect in recognizing that sometimes we come across foes and adversaries

that

breed in us a sense of respect and admiration.

Such has been the

effect that Mr. Gammill has inspired in me.

As a former foe who was at the opposite side of the courtroom and who lost
a case to Mr. Gammill,

I can testify that is one of the best ever. I can tell

anyone that is looking for an attorney to represent them, to consider hiring

the law firm of Mr. Gammill P.A., a true master of the art of the practice of
law.
