The Abstract
Attend this session to learn how Oracle Business intelligence implementation approach was taken. This session will give an
in-site view of how the business was Before and After Oracle BI deployment, heading towards the future .
First take was on the acceptance of BI, in fulfilling the specific requirements of the automotive sector in
sales/inventory/aftersales etc..
Further to acceptance, the challenge was to showcase on the various aspects of the business from the same information
the visibility for different channels on the BI
During this session you will get to know more about the transformation of the raw data into meaningful business
information through Dimensional modelling, used specifically by Key Users at all levels of management across the
organization.
Technology component used - Oracle Database for Data Warehouse, Informatica for ETL, DAC to control and monitor the
data extraction from EBS R12.1.3 , OBIEE 11g for Analytics on Linux based HP platform.
