All dimensions to be checked on site, written dimensions to be

followed in preference to scaled dimensions.
All walls less than 230mm thick to be reinforced with hoop iron at
every alternate course.
All reinforced concrete work is to be in accordance with structural
engineer's details.
All sanitary work to be in accordance with M.O.H rules and
regulations.
Where drain passes under building or driveway area, pipe to be of
cast iron or encased in 150mm concrete.
All door frames to be rebated & moulded & be full width of wall with
moulded architrave to detail,
All internal plaster to be two coats steel float finished.
All painting to be 3 coats.
Mould for squat hole shall measure 320mm long & circuler portion for
dropping feaces shall be 160mm diameter
Foot rest should be atleast 100mm wide and 300mm long at an
angle to the squat hole as shown in the drawing
Hand rail shall be 400mm from the rare wall, 700mm high from the
rare end floor and 400mm from the door side floor level
Doors to be steel metal doors fabricated from metal sheet 1.2mm
thick
Doors and wall vents of concrete block to be fitted with fly mess
reinforced with coffee tray backing
