My responsibilities includes:

Product Quality Assessment Studies: To co-ordinate with PCs to study Shelf Quality of Products in
market with cross functional teams and to develop action plan.
To conduct external benchmarking of Quality standards of PCs products.
Quality Improvement Audits: To conduct assessment/ audits in co-ordination with PCs for selection of
third party manufacturing facilities.
To coordinate GMP assessment of MCCs/ BMCs to gauge current status and to propose action plan for
up gradation to operationalize under new PC.
Quality Risk Assessment: To conduct Quality risk assessment studies throughout the value chain of PCs
to improve Quality in operations.
Laboratory Management: In providing specifications and selection of laboratory equipments, reagents,
raw materials, packaging materials etc., for PCs.
GMP Documentation: To develop Quality Standards for new PC supply chain in conjunction with BE,
conduct review with cross functional team.
Technical support to PCs: Conducting periodic visit to new PCs and provide support required to handle
milk collection and dispatch activities with cross functional teams.
To conduct scheduled and unscheduled visits for the assessment of operations and facilities at PCs,
milk and milk product sampling and coordination for external testing.
Assistance in updating e-Quality MIS system for PCs and implement in field level.
To standardize cleaning and sanitization practices of PCs.
To provide support for regulatory inspections of PCs, developing corrective action, reports and follow up
on closure of gaps.
QA Office support: To support in QA budget planning (NDS/PC coordination), budget consumption
verification, preparing proposal documents, developing technical modules etc.
