fettucine

Ingredients:

500 grams Fettucine noodles(or any desired pasta)

1 can evaporated milk

250 ml all purpose cream

1 can creamed of mushroom soup

200 grams sweet ham

200 grams bacon

1 head garlic, minced

1 onion, minced

1 teaspoon ground pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

250 grams grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoon parsley, chopped (optional)


Cooking Instructions:

In a large pot, prepare the pasta based on cooking instructions.


Setaside.

Fry the bacon but not too crispy. drain and cut into small pieces.
Setaside.

Fry the ham, drain and cut into small square pieces. Set aside.

4.

In a pan, heat oil and saute garlic and onion. Add 3/4 of fried bacon
and ham.

5.

Add evaporated milk and creamed mushroom soup.

6.

Add the all purpose cream and grated parmesan cheese. Stir and bring
to boil.

7.

Season with ground pepper.

8.

Add more evaporated milk or a cup of water if the sauce is too creamy
or salty.

9.

Simmer until beginning to thicken. Remove from heat.

10. Prepare pasta on pasta tray, top with grated Parmesan cheese together
with the remaining bacon and ham bits and chopped parsley.
11. Serve with garlic bread. Enjoy!
Spare ribs

6 pounds pork spareribs

2 medium onions, cut into wedges

1 medium onion, finely chopped

6 tablespoons soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

6 whole star anise pods

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

1/2 cup honey

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Cooking Instructions:
1.

Place ribs in a 5 to 6 quart stock pot with the 2 wedged onions, 4


tablespoons of the soy sauce, pepper and star anise. Bring all to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium low, cover and let simmer in meat juices
untilribs are tender when pierced, about 1 1/4 hours. Stir occasionally.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add remaining
chopped onion and saute, stirring often, until onion is soft. Blend in the
ginger, honey, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and remaining 2
tablespoons of soy sauce. Cook all together, stirring, until well blended.
Remove from heat.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Using tongs, remove ribs from stock pot and arrange in a single layer in
an 1116 inch baking dish. Brush evenly with the honey mixture
andbake in the preheated oven, basting often with pan drippings, about 30
minutes or until ribs are well glazed.
