Dear Engr. Legaspi :

This refers to your within letter dated 23 March 2015 entitled Notice of Occular
Inspection informing us that an inspection will be conducted by the
representatives of your good Office on April 15, 2015 at 10:00AM.
We wish to inform you in this regard that on our March 23, 2015, with the
attached CERTIFICATED dated March 06, 2015 of Engr. ROMULADO G. MALVAR
certifying on the status of said building. Please refer to the attachment, copy
furnished the Chairman having jurisdiction over the property.
It is informed that the findings of our Engineer might contribute to the evaluation
to be conducted by the Committee created for this purpose on said structure.
We shall appreciate your understanding on this matter of utmost concern.
