RE: The right of way on the lot located Borongan, Eastern Samar.
Dear Honorable Ambassador,
I am writing concerning my problem with my neighbor, Love Mo Ko, about a
lot access. My neighbor didnt give a right of way to his land which is
adjacent to mine. His land is the nearest way to the national road and to
have a n access to it is very important to me to fulfill my work as a physician
in our place. I would like to ask for any help about it.
For me, your help would be a great to let my neighbor allow me to have an
access to his lot.
