I am a motivated, passionate, and nurturing educator who is focused on providing a supportive and
engaging learning environment for all students. Dedicated to provide each student with the opportunity to
reach his or her highest potential. Through ensuring that every students learning style and abilities are
acknowledged and met. As a hardworking and compassionate teacher, I am eager to continue learning and

collaboration with fourth grade team. Conducted classroom management to ensure a safe learning
environment for all students. Helped design and facilitate all lesson plans, focused on using
differentiated instruction to reach all students needs. Implemented thematic units for the following
topics: Lewis and Clark Expedition, Oregon Trail, Poetry, Epic Fantasy Literature, Fractions, and
Measurement. Gained experience working with students who had individualized education plans,
behavior plans, and English language learners. Obtained the opportunities to become familiar with
easyCBM and STAR reading assessments.
