He would get anyone that disagreed with him hunted down and killed by the

Europe

Great? Explain with
evidence to support your answer. [2 pts.] Ivan IV was probably the more harsh
leader because of his ways of ruling. He would kill people simply because they did
not agree with his ways or his opinions. He had a time period known as the bad
period.
7. Which class of Russian society probably did not benefit from Peter's reforms?
Why? The higher most class did not benefit because Peter gave a lot of power to
lower class people.

8. How might Peter's attempts at westernization have affected his people's opinion
of Christians in
Europe? [2 pts.] Peoples opinions on the Christians in Europe could change
because they are no longer following the leader.

9. Which event in your reading do you believe had the most impact on modern
Russia? Why? [2 pts.] I think that globalization had the most impact on modern
day Russia because without advancement in technology they would be nowhere.

10. Write a one-paragraph expository essay explaining which of Peter's actions


reveal that he saw
himself as the highest authority in Russia. [3 pts.] Peter was a very dominant
leader and very well known for many of his actions. He first ordered the nobles to
wear more westernized clothing. This is important because it shows the level of
power that he has over his peers. He uses this power to rule Russia his way.
