4th corner: 10 triceps dip, 10 jump squats, 10 crunches. Going down a rep
each set.
Pros: Very quick gains, quick to do, targets many muscle groups and systems,
short and high intensity. Good for lots of sports.
Cons: Not good for weight loss but strength building, costs a lot to join an actual
organized crossfit camp, injury risk is higher, technique and form is lost.
Zumba Workout:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H24O3o-82-k#t=225
Pros: good intensity, good for all ages, can be a quick workout, a lot of fun, big or
small groups can participate.
Cons: some people may be uncomfortable, doesnt ask yourself to push yourself,
doesnt exercise all muscle groups.
Yoga Workout
f
f
Pros: lots of sweating to flush toxins, really good for range of motion, relaxing,
breathing techniques are great and important to relieve stress/anxiety,
Cons: expensive to join yoga classes, only really good for flexibility, takes time to
master
Relaxation Workout:
