As a standard manufacturing practice, each Micro Motion Coriolis sensor is hydrostatic-tested to 1.5 times the specific design
pressure rating.
The Hydrostatic Test Certificate 3.1 certifies that the sensor has passed the following tests:
Each welding joint is tested to 1.5 times the specific design pressure rating of the installed process connections or specified
sensor-tube rating.
Each welding joint is tested for at least 10 minutes.

The Hydrostatic Test Certificate 3.1 is unique for each Micro Motion Coriolis sensor and contains the following data:

Customer name
Customer reference
Emerson reference
Issue date
Referenced product and details
Hydrostatic leak test parameters

Micro Motion Quality Assurance authenticates each certificate.
