Great philosophy! At times I felt a bit overwhelmed with information on the slides but inclusion really stood out to
me. Good use of videos to emphasize your points. Stated "YOU have the power to make the difference"
Awesome!

I thought your metaphor of the choreography was well matched to who you are as a person. I could see that
music and dancing is a big part of you and your family, and that really came across in the videos. I would try
infusing more of your personality in your philosophy of education; your skills and thoughts of the classroom
setting will come across in other interview questions, allow your personality to shine!

Bit of a belaboured metaphor Strong to connect to something you know Went over time (hard to remain focused
on the content outside the parameters of the presentation) The graphic organizer contained a lot of information
but was hard to absorb

Her presentation was insightful and unpacked her philosophy of education in detail. Great videos, especially the
one with inclusion. However her slides were a bit wordy and could have shorted as she did bold key ideas.

The presenter was clear, although I feel that the presentation lacked coherency at certain points. I really enjoyed
the video clips, but I would have liked to hear a little bit more about how her personal experiences with dance
inform her teaching.

Great videos, really brought personality to the presentation. Some of your ideas might have been clearer with
less writing on the slides, perhaps eye contact would have made a difference, but I know you had to change your
slides! Perhaps less points, less slides would have added more clarity as well.

Choreography (Design & Direct) Fun introduction with the family dancing video. Excellent work comprehensively
tying the choreography metaphor with how it would actually apply to in-class strategies and techniques.
