CBA a contract executed upon the request of employer or the exclusive

bargaining representative of the employees incorporating agreement reached


after negotiations involving conditions of work (wages, hours of work etc.) &
proposals for adjusting any grievances or questions under such agreement.

RATIO: workers have secured and effective voice in arranging terms of their
employment
Means of ensuring workers participation in decision-making.
It provides an orderly procedure to which each side can present to other
the best possible case for the satisfaction of its particular demands.
