I am writing in response to the advertisement posted in the Toronto Star for the position of
registered practical nurse.
I recently Graduated from Humber College and have successfully passed CNO examination. I
have completed my clinical placements at your nursing facility. My educational background and
work experiences will be extremely beneficial to your facility. As a student I worked at
Brampton Civic Hospital-Complex continuing care, acute elderly care and Peel Manor Long
term care. During my clinical placement, I have improved my communicational techniques by
direct consultation with various patients, staff members and doctors.
I am well aware of the fact, that the applied position is quite difficult and stressful at times.
However, I am absolutely ready to face complex challenges; since I believe that these situations
would enhance my knowledge and skills. My attached resume provides more details about my
skills and achievements.
